By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Our Services
We provide manpower supply, contract and permanent staffing, payroll outsourcing, statutory compliance, security and facility management services. Scope, commercials and service levels for each client are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Candidate Registration
Registration and placement assistance are free for candidates. We never demand money for job placement. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit.
Client Obligations
Clients are expected to provide a safe workplace, accurate requirement details, agreed statutory support and timely payment of invoices as per the signed agreement.
Payments
Invoices are raised as per agreed commercials and payment terms. Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services as specified in the client agreement.
Replacements
Replacement of deployed manpower is provided as per the replacement clause of the applicable client agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any matter is limited to the service fee charged for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding and material on this website belong to ANGEL CD HR Solutions Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
